Works Suite 2002-disable programs running on startup

Two Works Suite 2002 programs are running in the
background. How do I disable them without using msconfig?
They are:
WKUFind. exe (MS Works Update)
WKCALREM.exe (MS Works Calendar Reminder)

Hi

Why don't you want to use msconfig to disable those apps.? The 2nd one,I don't think, can be disabled from within Works itself. Not too sure about WKUFind.exe.
