words doesn't appear when viewing doc but appears when printed

I used tri-fold template. Word shifted and is embedded in the document. It
doesn't appear when reading but appears on the document when it is printed

Exiting Word (and perhaps restarting Windows) and then deleting any left-over
temporary files usually helps with problems such as this one.
