WordPerfect printing permission

Group,
I have a standalone machine with a printer hooked up to it. I recently
created a limited user account (XP Home) to slow down the influx of spyware
installed by users. Anyway, while changing over, I found that the users can
no longer print from wordperfect. they can print fine from word and other
programs, and the administrator account can print fine from wordperfect, but
i don't get any output from the limited account. i don't have a security tab
on the printer because it is xp home, and i can't get the security settings
in safe mode because safe mode doesn't have printers. i feel like i am
trapped in this endless loop. anybody have any suggestions?

In the properties of the printer, set it to print direct to printer, instead
of using the spooler... it's a problem seen on XP Home PCs where a Symantec
product (usually Norton Antivirus or similar) has been installed.)
