word2007's problem

there is a problem open the word document while the document is on the
removable hard disk, it cant open, but if i drag it to the c: , everything is
ok, also if i open the word program first , it is ok , is there any one why
this happen, the format of hard disks are all ntfs, and also i add the
document location as a trust location, so i don't why is this happening?

Never work with any type of removable media. Always open and save from the
local HDD and then COPY to and from the removable media. Otherwise you will
almost certainly end up in tears when some important work is irretrievably
corrupted.

But the document should open up and it sounds like the NAV or Kaspersky AV
bug: resolve by disabling the Office Plugin option.
