word problem

I had this problem with one of my computers now it’s on the other. Looking
for some help. When I try to start up word or send a message in outlook I get
a box that looks like something is being uploaded and a message that says
“Word is currently recovering your documents†then another message says “Word
failed to start correctly last time….†Then “Do you want to start in safe
mode?†Is this a Bug, Worm, Virus or something you can help me with? Any help
would be appreciated.

Already tried the following;
Open Word:-

1]On the Help menu, click Detect and Repair.

To restore the program shortcuts to the Windows Start menu, make sure
the Restore my shortcuts while repairing check box is selected.

2]Click Start.

I also removed XP office and installed it and the problem is still there!??

Have you tried asking the experts in the Word newsgroups?

You asked this same question two hours ago. The recommendation
is still the same - post it in a Word newsgroup because this is where
you will find the Word experts.
