Word documents won't collate, even though collate box is checked.

Word 2003 XP documents won't print collated, even though the collate box is
checked on the print screen. It doesn't matter whether the collate box is
checked or not checked, nothing prints collated. Documents in all other
software, i.e. Excel, PowerPoint, etc., print in collated form without a
problem, so I don't believe it's the printer. The problem is only in Word.
What do I need to do to correct this problem?

This is most likely a problem with the printer driver. Check the
manufacturer's website for an updated version.
