Word.doc conversion to Powerpoint ??

I have a 20+ page document I would like to convert to a .ppt file. I would
resize the page in word so that it will display correctly as a slide. (Now
there are 40+ pages/slides ) Is there a way to convert this doc file to a
40+ slide powerpoint? I sure don't want to have to screensave each page . .
..

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Doc suggests Word up to 2003. In which case use file > send to > powerpoint.
Having tried it you will soon see what needs to be done to your document to
make it work for you. Copy and paste may be quicker
If you have Word 2007, you can add the 'send to powerpoint' command to the
QAT (Quick Access Toolbar)
