recover powerpoint file that was converted to object type

While openiing a powerpoint file embedded as an icon in a Word.doc file, I
right-clicked on the embedded icon, and Selected "Convert", which changed the
file into a 1-page-only or 1-slide-only (just the first slide) Object Type.
Now all embedded powerpoint files I open in any other file becomes 1-sliders!
HELP How do I undo this?

Try right-clicking on the object and select Slide Object, Convert and change
it back to a presentation.
