Word 2000 CD key?

I had to reinstall Word, which was preinstalled on my
computer when I first got it. To be able to use the
program again, I have to have a 25-digit CD key that's
supposedly on the back of the CD jewel case. My cd didn't
come in a jewel case, and I don't have the code. How do I
get it to work? It won't let me use the program at all
without first doing this part of the setup.

Contact the PC's manufacturer and ask if they'll provide you with
another OEM Product Key for Word. They are, however, under no
obligation to do so.
