WnPCA Module??? Help Please

Hi, Don't know if this is the right forum please redirect if necessary.
I have Windows XP Home SP2 on a Dell E1505. Access internet thru Verizon
DSL, just downloaded and installed AT&T Any Connection Plan. When I clicked
on the icon to start the program I always get an error message WnPCA Module
error, generating error report. I even uninstalled and reinstalled the
program 3 times, same message.

I've sent the error report to Microsoft, but does anyone know what this is
about? Any help would be appreciated.

I believe the file belongs to the AT&T software. You should contact
their tech support for help.

Thank you. They directed me to a WnPCA help page. The problem is that WnPCA
page deals with an AT&T Accelerator for the connection manager (dial up).
The Any Connection plan bypasses dial up and is stricly for users who access
the internet thru a DSL provider other than AT&T such as Verizon.
