WMP mini toolbar ?

Hi...

My mom got a Dell with WindowsXP for Xmas last year and I've been trying to
lead her, via the telephone. through the steps to get the WMP mini toolbar on
her task bar. The problem is there is no windows media player listed in the
toolbars area and after reading _WXP Bible_ I know the mini toolbar comes
standard on the XP. So, where could it be?

I did have her downloaded WMP10 hoping it would solve the problem, but nope
it's still not there... which is just weird.

Any suggestions or thoughts? It would be appreciated.

To enable mini-mode, right click on an empty area of the taskbar, point to
toobars, and then select Windows Media Player. The mini toolbar will be
displayed when WMP is minimized. (The minus sign at the upper right)'
