WMM2 or XP Orig WMM

I'm somewhat confused. I've just begun to use WMM. I now see that WMM 2 is available as a free download. This prompted me to open my WMM which shipped with XP to get the version number, which is 5.1. Is WMM 2 the latest and greatest or am I better off staying with what I have.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.
