WMM2.0 Crashes when I open it.

I used WMM 2.0 before and nothing happened but just recently a few days ago
it started...when I opened WMM 2.0 it crashes and everytime is just like
that. I dont know what its wrong..I dont know also how to update it to 2.1 [I
already have Windows XP SP2]. Someone help me please.
