WMM won't detect CD

Windows movie maker
Asking for help on Windows XP media center.
When using windows movie maker and completed a project
and try to save on a CD, it does not detect a CD and the
CD burner works fine with Nero.

Maybe it's just a setting. See the second of the 'Dated but Timeless Posts'
on the CD Burning > Intro page of my website.
