Installing WMM on CD to transfer to Laptop?

Is it possible to install/download the Windows Movie Maker program on a CD
and then transfer the program to a Laptop? I'd like to have WMM on my laptop,
but I can't download it directly on the laptop because I have Dial-Up, and my
laptop currently does not have internet. So can I put the entire WMM on a CD
and install it to my laptop?

Movie Maker is probably on your laptop now.
Try going to...Start / Run...
Type (or copy/paste) moviemk.exe
Then press Enter.

You don't say what you are going to download it to a CD from, but if you
have another computer, you can download MM20enu.exe, the self-extracting MM
program from several sites, not just Microsoft. You can then transfer this to
a CD or memory stick, load it into your laptop and run it. This will load MM
on your laptop.
