WMM on Win2k?

After 3 years My Acer pc 1.8GhzAMDchip 2GBDDR with WinXPsp3 cpu burned out
recently!

So I'm using an older pc I have with Win2kproSP4.
Intel PIII 1GHZ, 512MBpc133 separate nVidia video card.

Why can't I use or download Windows Movie Maker on it? Isn't Win2kpro the
same type of OS like XP is based on? Are there certain video only files on
XP?
