WMI failure

I have colloected some more information that I hope will help, the error
message in the log is:
Error loading module {F7CE2E13-8C90-11D1-9E7B-00C04FC324A8}, return code is
0x8004100e(Mon Oct 09 03:10:10 2006) :
NTLMLogin resulted in hr = 0x8004100e
No errors in the event log. Only happens on our Windows 2000 servers. We use
Commvault for backup and after a random amount of time (1-2 weeks) the backup
will fail on these boxes. If I kill the winmgmt service and restart it
everything works fine for another random period. Any ideas why the WMI fails
connection after running for a bit and then works again after restrting the
service?

Sorry for the multiple posts, I received a send failure on the first two so I
