WJView error, but nothing found in msconfig/registry

B

Brian

I'm getting the popular 'wjview' error, but when I search
the registry and look under msconfig in the startup,
there is nothing there that says 'wjview' to remove. I
also searched them for 'javaw' but nothing there either.

Is there something else I'm missing?

Thanks!
Brian

Wes,

No luck. I had checked out the websites you listed and
nothing was found in the registry/msconfig files.

I also ran a search of the computer
for 'websavingsfromebates' with no luck there either.

Any other thoughts?

Thanks again,
Brian

Brian,

If you went through everything at all three sites and the Related Links, no
I don't.
Except that, if you get the error at startup, XP is looking for wvjiew.exe
or Javaw.exe
at startup.
