Wireless Photprinter

Hi All
Daughter would like a 3-in-one wireless photoprinter and is mostly concerned with quality of photo printing. I know you cannot have it all with multi-function machines and have read loads of reviews but would prefer members' recommendations as I have followed them in the past and been very satisfied with my purchases.

What sort of budget is your daughter looking at, as the price range can be from £50 to over £250 for an all-in-one wireless printer. If it's only for occasional printing then there's not much point going for one of the expensive ones.

The Canon PIXMA MP560 looks like a very good one and has great reviews, but it's around £110:

I'm a fan of Canon printers, mainly because they seem to give good ink value. This one has 5 independant ink tanks, so it should be more economical than the block cartridges.

Also found the HP Photosmart C4580 which costs around £50 and also rates highly:

However, this uses the tri-colour cartridges so it won't be as economical. If it's just for casual printing it may be worth considering though, as it's a very reasonable price.

Around about £100 is ok. The separate ink cartridges are an important feature.
