Wireless Network

Okay, I built a component for the DLinK Wireless card, but how in the world
do I use command line utilities to configure it. Like turn on/off WEP or
set the Hex Key or?

The adapter is recognized, but will not link to my network. The Add On
Wireless Configuration tool that comes with Dlink will not fire up unless
you manually uncheck the box in XP "Use Windows to configure my Wireless
Settings".

Any clues on this?

Richard,

Currently there is no common API available to setup wireless parameters.
XPe SP2, however, will allow you to use the Wirelss Provisioning Service
(WPS) API to configure wireless.

Use your wireless card manufacturer specific command line tools if exist
(most of them have such utilities).

I ended up having to add the control panel and wireless networking to get it
to work, however, I have the same problem as others. When I configure the
Preferred network and all the goodies XPe does not save it. Each time I
pull it up it's all blank. I do NOT have EWF.

So how are we suppose to use wireless with XPe?
