Frustrated

I am using an external LINKSYS wireless-g network adapter, I can see numerous
networks in the connection box but am unable to connect with those
brodcasting in b mode. I have been in contact with LINKSYS and they say the
problem is with Vista. Is there a way to force my computer to connect to my
ISP who is broadcating in b mode.

Enable NetBIOS over TCP/IP. It is possible that DHCP server not to set that
for you. ipconfig /all ?!?!
