Wireless keyboard doesn't work

Andrew

I've been using Microsoft's Wirless Optical Pro keyboard
and mouse for 2 months but the keyboard no longer works.
I've checked the batteries, tried moving the receiver
closer and using the channel connect button on the
keyboard's base - nothing works. The mouse is fine
though! Any ideas?

I have Logitech and the receivers also have "connect"
buttons.
Just my 2 cents worth

Just my 2 cents worth
also to know what your problem is. I was about to purchase
the same board as I have the old none wireless version.
Now in my job I have delivered several of the other non
ergonomic wireless type to a particular surgery. And after
two months they all were returned. Staff complained the
keboards became erratic !. I really like the design and am
used to the shape which is much better. I find people dont
like to change but when they do they wont do with out the
ergonomic shape. I am still trying to find out whats wrong
and how wide spread is it. Strange that there is very
little feedback either on web or from microsoft.
Robby.Im holding of purchasing until I find out.
