WinXP won't standby or hibernate

I get an error message saying "The device driver for the Standard
101/102-Key..Keyboard device is preventing the machine from entering
standby. If the problem persists, you may need to update this driver."


How to obtain this updated driver? I tried the usual Microsoft site to
download the driver, but no luck finding it.
