WinXP: not compatible with Lotus 123

My new PC has WinXP, which turns out not to be wholly
compatible with Lotus 123 (v.9.8) - the mouse scroller does
not work in Lotus.

I've found that other users have encountered the same
problem - but, so far, no solution to it.

Do you mean a wheel or middle button?
