winter fun pack install problem.

When I try to install the winter fun pack for moviemaker2 I get an (Error 1721) a prog required for install could not be run.
Any suggestions to fix this would be appriciated. I'm running XP, and I have the latest drivers for my radeon9800 video card.

Looks like you haven't gotten any help on this problem yet, which isn't very encouraging results when this is where the stupid thing says to go for answers. I have been getting the same result every time I tried the download,also. Well, what did I expect, this is microsoft. If there is an answer out there, I haven't been able to find it.
