WINS\DHCP|DNS Help in mixed environment

We are mixed enviromnet running NT 4 domain, nt 4 dns, nt
4 wins at the moment, half servers running Windows2000
server except PDCs and half clients running Win2K and NT4
workstaions. I was wondering what would be recommended
wins, dns and dhcp setup for such enviroment. We are
moving all workstation to Windows2000 professional and
moving to AD next year but we are having so many name
resoultion issues at the moment.
My question is should we just move dns to Win2K dns and
leave dhcp, wins on NT 4 or should we migrate wins, dhcp,
dns to Win2k ?
Your feeback really apprectaed.

Thank you,

Dost

I would let the W2K-Domain Controller do the DHCP, DNS and WINS. Set up
DHCP-server, Scope options with 003, 006, 015 and if you still have
W9x/ME/NT4 clients 044 and 046 (0x8). Let DNS on the servernic(s) only point
to the server-IP (you put the ISP-DNS-numbers in tab Forwarders of
DNS-server).
Let the workstations obtain an IP and DNS automatically from the server.
