Winlogon Error 0xc0000094

Hi,
I have some Problems with Windows XP Pro and its
remotedesktopconnection. I already have written some posts in some
anti-virus-forums.
After a few minutes I'm getting an errormessage from Winlogon:Titel: MCI command handling window: winlogon.exe - Fehler in Anwendung
Meldung: Die Ausnahme "unknown software exception" (0xc0000094) ist in
der Anwendung an der Stelle 0x01f83e3b aufgetretten.
<
The explorer also gets an exception. If I don't click the error
messages there are some possibilities to open a taskmanager. But
Windows can not restart after the error messages. The user does not
log and the system does not shutdown/restart. If I try to log an as an
other user (admin or normal user) the login process hangs and does not
log on. I tried RealVNC. VNC does not have such problems. VNC could
also reboot after I got the error messages from winlogon and explorer
in the remotedesktopconnection.

Before of that I got some Problems with svchost.exe. I posted in an
antivirusforum and they told my some scanners. After a few scans the
problem vanished and a week later the winlogon problem.
BTW: I also could not reboot/shutdown XP at home. I needed to reset my
computer.

It would be great if somebody could help me.
Greetings Nel
