Wingate, ICS and Proxy Server

Hi; I have an ADSL internet connection, running through a Netgear Router
DG834DG, to which is directly connected to a desktop & a laptop (and at
various times, to two other laptops by wireless). My computer is currently
connected to the Internet/ Router by a DLink USB wireless connection and all
computers run XP home SP2.

I want to use my computer as a server; and to this end, have purchased
Wingate 6 (the latest one) and want to log internet use on the other
computers, as well as block certain sites & for it to be a further layer of
security. I also run Norton Systemworks on all the computers. I have
installed Wingate on my computer as Gatekeeper/Server, and have, so far,
installed it one another machine as a client machine.

My question is - can anyone tell my how to configure the server computer
through the router to monitor other computers on the network (I can see the
users in *this* computer, and can navigate to the others on the network, but
I can't seem to make them connect through this computer, nor can I see logs
etc). I have looked at Qbik's support on how to configure ADSL modems, but it
is incomprehensible (as you can probably figure, I am not too hot at
networking). Could anyone tell me in plain English (or step by step
instructions) how to configure this?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

What do you want to monitor?
The router won't have anything to do with this, if I understand you
correctly - the only thing directly connected to it is your 'server'
computer. The rest is a Wingate issue.
