Windoze Genuine Advantage

WGA never works for me, and I'm finally POed enough to figure it out.

I know I ahve genuine windoze, b/c its a Dell. Every time I go through the
WGA installation process I get this:

Microsoft Genuine Advantage Diagnostic Results
Passed Active scripting allowed
Passed Display images enabled
Passed Computer time and date correct
Passed Cookies enabled
Passed ActiveX enabled
Failed Windows validation ActiveX loaded
Failed Office validation ActiveX loaded
Failed Validation Self-help ActiveX loaded



There must be a setting somewhere that will solve this impasse?

And Open Internet Options and check Security, Internet, Custom and check
that ActiveX is allowed.

Yes, i had checked all this. Contact us gets me a 404.

one more note, when I get to the "Genuine Windows Validation Continued"
page, and click the link, I get a 404.
