WindowsXP Pro - Faxes Not Sending - Mail Boxes

I have got several issues with my current install of Windows XP PRO
and the FAX service. I am looking for any solution to fix the weird
issues I am currently seeing. Any and all help is GREATLY appreciated.

For starters the machine is a new Dell GX270 so the system is way
sufficient to handle a great deal of faxes but that's where I have
issues, We send so many faxes a day to have the server stop
sending and receiving simple wont do.

The fax service is setup and all works well at first, but after you
send and receive about three or so faxes the service just stops,
nothing in nothing out, no errors to troubleshoot, it just stops.

Is there a limitation to how many incoming or outgoing faxes can be
sent, how can I change the service to allow better throughput, are
there tweaks that will allow me to depend on my server?

How can I specify mail boxes, as of right now all faxes go in to a
single directory, I would like to set up mail boxes and allow my
people to use Outlook XP / Outlook 2003 to send and receive, can
anyone point me to a user friendly ready or how-to (walk through)

Thanks again for all your help,
Malice

You need to investigate full featured group fax software.
There is no way a simple standalone fax program designed only for the
sending of an occasional fax would meet your needs. That is all Windows XP
Fax was ever intended to be. Routing to an Outlook inbox was removed from
Windows XP Fax.

There is a fax solution I would recommend called "CASTELLE"

It's hardware based, and basically allows you to
send/receive faxes from outlook. Every use can have their
own unique fax number, which allows faxes to be send
directly into their outlook.
