When I am looking at a page I right click on something to open it in a
seperate window, the window that opens is only a quarter size of a window. My
question is how can I make the window open bigger without cilcking the box on
the top of the window. I am taking a proveit test and i need the window to
open big without modifiying it after it is already open. Sounds confusing I
hope it makes sence

This is a common problem. Right click a link and select Open in new window. When the small window opens, position the window at the top/left of the screen. Use the mouse to manually re-size the window to full screen by dragging the bottom/right corner. Hold down the ALT button and press the F4 key to close the window. The next time you perform this, the window should open full screen.
Note: You may need to repeat this process the next time you reboot.
