Windows XP--Twin View missing

I cannot get the option to "CLONE" to show ----My Twin View is
Missing????I have gone to the Dell Help and that shows that I am to
remove the Check Mark from the "Extend my Windows desktop onto this
monitor" I have done that but still on TWINVIEW tab. Someone please
help this girl. I have my Dell laptop connected to a Sony TV by the
S-video jacks. Thanks. Am using Windows XP Home Edition.

If I do recall, Twinview was part of the nVidia display drivers. nVidia has
since changed their drivers structure and now use NVIEW to control multiple
monitors.
