Windows XP SP2 & USRMGR.EXE

I have a shortcut to USRMGR.EXE (on our Windows NT4
server) that I use to add/edit user accounts for our
domain. After upgrading to SP2 I cannot use USRMGR.EXE
and I get an error stating that "The specified properties
could not be found. The user properties cannot be viewed
or edited at this time."

I had the same problem and finally figured a workaround for it this morning.
Copy the executable (not a shortcut) for User Manager to your XP desktop and
it should work. At least it worked for me.
