Windows XP SP2 again

When there is an issue that arises because of SP2 in Windows XP the most
logical place to ask about it is here. If not sorry for my misplaced
understanding but I assumed help with XP SP2 issues could be found here. If
not I am more than willing to go to the more appropiate venue. But XP SP2
issues seems to me this was the most logical place to ask.

George, the issues you raise are so esoteric that the better
place to present them would be in Microsoft TechNet.

I assume esoteric in this context means confusing. Well yes it is confusing
to be told a Group Policy is necessary to have the Security Center work in
Windows XP SP2 when attached to a domain and then have that policy not
stated. I looked through the document a little further and I have come to
the conclusion the necessary Group Policy is ONLY avaiable in a Windows 2003
Domain. Of course the document does NOT state that in so many words but
then if the help here knew anything about a Windows XP SP2 client in a
Windows 2000 domain well I guess not. Thanks.
