Windows XP SP2 - 120 day delay

Hi all,

I have just been reading about the 120-day delay option for receiving
Windows XP SP2. I was a little concerned about the wording regarding only
being able to delay for 120-days. We use SUS to rollout our updates and I
just wanted to be sure that such an update would still have to be approved
before it will be applied/installed?
