Windows XP Recorder

I must be losing my mind! About a year ago I used an old Windows
utility to create a series of help videos for my father. I can't
recall the name of the utility but it allowed me to capture both the
screen and audio of what I was doing on my computer.

I recall that the utility was from an earlier version of Windows (pre
XP). It was available in XP even though it was not supported by
Microsoft.

Does anyone have an idea as to the name of the utility?
