Windows XP Pro SP2 locks up. Help!

Hello,



My Windows XP Pro SP2 locks up when I'm surfing the web. I have no mouse,
can't CTRL+ALT+DEL. Only thing I can do is reset or turn off. I thought it
might be the FAX TALK software, but I uninstalled it and it still happens.







Anyone have any ideas?

You should/have gone to run,type:cmd In cmd type:CHKDSK C: /F Agree,
type:EXIT Restart pc.Also,are all xp updates installed,run,disk clean up,
then defrag,if problems persist,open event viewer & get specific details...
