Installed Open VPN on my Windows XP Pro and now windows wants to reactivate.
Anybody know why it wants to reactivate and should I let it?

Curious that it wants to reactivate, but no reason not to. Your source for
downloading Open VM?

I think it has to do with how it affects the network components, this is one
touchy area with WinXP's activation scheme. Network configuration changes
with the hardware carry a lot of "points" in the activation scheme, and from
reading how OpenVM changes things, I would suspect this is why you were
prompted. Again, reactivating should not be an issue, just a bit of a PITA
that it happens at all.
