hi everyone i have a problem. I just build a new PC 3.2 p4 gigabyte idna mobo
300 gig sata HD i can give exact specs if needed but here is my problem... I
boot from windows xp disk and format the new drive using NTSE and when it
finishes it starts to load the pre install files for windows like normal then
it automatically reboots when finished like normal but when it reboots it
goes through the same process. It loads setup like it is loading it for the
first time, it tells me that i have multiple operating systems (its detecting
the stuff it had just installed on the drive) and gives me the option to
overwrite it and replace with new files and this cycle continues never
letting me get passed this point and onto the rest of the installation. Would
be great if someone could help me out.

If you have another computer goto the manufactures web site and download
there diagnostic program. Run there program to format the HD then reinstall
XP and do a complete format of the HD. If you can't do that reinstall XP
and do a complete format of the HD and hope everything goes well.
