windows xp pro install error

Getting the following error part way through xp pro
install:

Fatal Error has occured, files needed to continue
installation not found, untranslatable error:
Win32LastError is 14001

any ideas?

This means that the device where the installation files are located
became inaccessible/went off-line. Check the device.
