Windows XP Hotfix KB914811

Anyone got any details on this?
I have Windows XP Professional SP2. running LiveOneCare.
Powered my desktop up, logged on, carried on with some other household
tasks, noticed my desktop was rebooting itself.
Logged back on and no internet access. The above update was applied, can't
find anything on the Microsoft site. Disabled Microsofts Firewall to get
Internet access - nice feature....

Has anybody had this problem?
Has anybody heard of the update?

You can try uninstalling the hot fix through the control panel (make sure
"show updates" is checked on. See if that corrects the issue.

Thanks for the reply, I've posted a note on the LiveOneCare website, where I
also found the following link

which basically states it's an update to Live One Care product.

tester, have access.

I have now, thank you. I did try initially, but the authentication
verification failed. So, I thought this site might help.
