Windows XP Home--won't shutdown

When I try to shutdown Windows, the computer just restarts. The only thing
I have changed is the installation of Roxio Easy CD Creator 5.0. I went to
Roxio site and installed all the updates. I was going to uninstall Roxio
and reload, but it does not show in Add/Remove programs.


Help please!!!

I did successfully uninstall Roxio, and it didn't make any difference.
