I had a glitch rite after working on a exhasting project. I lost all of my
work my computer went into i guess safe mode, where counts down and you can
toggle to what mode you want it to go into. After repeated attempts to
restart, I finally got to go into safe mode on the restart. What i noticed
was another administater that could only be seen in safe mode. I went to user
acct. and tried to delete this acct. but have no luck everything seems to be
hidden. Although my acct. is an administater and found everything to delete
my acct. I couldn't find anything to delete the other and after alot of
looking and reading wonder if this is some type of trojan horse or is this
normal?

Sure it is not normal :)

In my opinion , there are two possibilites
1) Hardware failure
2) Virus infection

If it is 1) I am unable to help you because this should be checked in real
..For 1) you should take your computer to a *reputable computer store* and ask
IT specialists for help.

If it is 2) you should check.
As you cannot turn on your computer , I advise you one of these:
1>>> Download the necessary things from another known to be 100% malware
free computer and then copy them either to a USB flash memory or CD/DVD disk
and then boot your computer in Safe Mode and use then to check and clean

2>>> If you computer is PC (not Tablet pc or laptop) you can unplug the hard
drive and then plug it in another computer . Then , from the other computer ,
perform full scan and cleaning with updated reputable Antivirus software and
with Antispyware software.
