Windows XP Hangs up when I connect to internet

Hi,

My Laptop is Windows XP Pro based system, I am facing
problem when ever I connect to the internet my system is
hanging up and all keys are not functioning at all.

I have checked the drivers and there are fine working
well, I dont know where is the problem..!!?

One more thing, I have scaned the system with Norton
Antivirus Pro 2003 after updating it and there was no
problem on my system.
