Windows XP does not Start

Hello!

Since yesterday that my computer with windows XP Pro, does not finish the
loading, stays in the Windows is starting up screen.
I only can enter in safe mode. If I select safe mode with network
connections it stays in the same screen forever.
I already tried to do a system restore to an earlier date, but nothing
changed.
What can I do more?

Try a repair install..

have you added hardware or programs, or updated drivers recently.
I would uninstall or rollback before trying to a repair install.
