Windows Vista

I have a laptop with Windows Vista and would like to watch movies from the
internet, how do I enable my tv to do this. I was told that i had to enable
it in systems but cant find it. Help!!!!!

you need a video out on the laptop to start, SVideo is fairly common.
also the video card has to be capable of displaying on TV. should be a control program there for setting that up.

check with the books and see.
