brianh

I have done the following:
1. safemode
2. sfc
3. clean boot KB310353
4. tried to install ind. file install by kb article.
5. deleted WUTemp contents, ren windowsupdate directory.
6. Deleted WUTemp folder
7. renamed windowsupdate folder
8. tried it in safe mode with networking
9. MSCONFIG click the services tab and place a check
mark on HIDE ALL
MICROSOFT SERVICES and uncheck all of those remaining items
So why can't these install. The officeupdates worked.
thanks.
ps I have already put all this throught dell and no
