Windows Update

Hello,

I have this problem for months now. I haven't been able to use the
"Windows Update" in Start Menu for a while. I have to open IE and then
use Microsoft Update website to get my updates.

Does anyone know how to fix this problem so I can use the "Windows
Update" instead of using IE to access it?

Any comments/Suggestions are much appreciated. Thank you.

The cursor blinks and nothing happens afterwards. WU never did open.

Thank you.

Thank you, Peter, for your suggestion.

I didn't use your link, instead, I download the following and use the
"Fix this problem" option. Now my Windows Update is working again.

Thank you again.
