Windows Update will not work ActiveX will not download

If this is a double post I appoligize! I put it up earlier and it
dissapeared.

I have 5 identicle computers - I went to run Windows Update and 3 of
the 5 updated. The Last 2 would not load ActiveX so I could not
install the Windows Update nor could I change to Microsoft Update.

I followed the directions and added the Microsoft Web site to the
Trusted Sites. I even enabled all of the ActiveX components and
still no good. I lowered the Security to the lowest setting. Still
no good.


Any Ideas how to fix this?

Hi Ron,

Do you have separate Windows licenses for each of the 'puters or did you use
the one CD or license to install windows on all the puters. Perhaps check
with your computer supplier that they have supplied with a valid OEM license
or that they have supplied you with the Windows installation disks and
licenses.
