***WINDOWS UNABLE TO START***

After I turn on my computer, this error message
appears: "WINDOWS COULD NOT START BECAUSE THE FOLLOWING
FILE IS MISSING OR CORRUPT: \WINDOWS\SYSTEM32
\CONFIG\SYSTEM"

I have tried the process described in article #307545,
but after I have typed "copy c:\windows\repair\system
c:\windows\system32\config\system" it says that the file
is not found. I typed it exactly as it said to do. Any
suggestions?
